Where do I go to check in for this event?

Everyone's first stop on this scavenger hunt will be at 100 Indian Rd, Toronto, ON.

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the event hall. However, there is limited street parking and paid parking available at 1-17 Spring Road.  It is approximately a 7-minute walk away from our starting point, High Park Club 100 Indian Road.

Question 3

Do I need to be an athlete to compete in this event?

Accepted Answer

No! Each team is welcome to complete the scavenger hunt at their own pace. There is no running required, but we encourage friendly competition! There will be 2 hours to complete the event for the final awards party.

Question 4

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothes or athletic wear will be suitable for this event! Since there will be a significant amount of walking (or running!) we recommend running shoes, and clothes you will be comfortable moving around in. In the case of rain, we recommend rain boots, water proof jackets and an umbrella! In the case of snow, we recommend winter boots, warm coats, hats, scarves and mittens to keep warm!

Will there be food?

Food will be served at the party after the scavenger hunt. Each team is welcome to bring any snacks/drinks they wish along with them for the duration of the race. There are also plenty of options along Roncesvalles for quick bites along the way.

What about water?

We encourage every team member to bring a reusable water bottle for the duration of the event. We will have water stations at various stops along the route to fill up your bottles! 
Map Sponsor Nestle has also supplied us with water bottles for our participants!

Question 7

What if it's raining (or snowing!) on April 6th?

Accepted Answer

The event will happen rain or shine! We recommend you check the weather before the event and dress accordingly. We will also send out emails and social media posts about the upcoming weather so each participant can be prepared!

Will there be alcohol at this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a cash bar available to guests at the after party.
